📋 Important Notes
- Preferred method of payment is MasterCard or Visa. If needed, please contact Kirsten Elms at accounts@elmsweepingtile.com or 780-970-4800 for other payment arrangements.
- Please send your company logo to Kirsten at accounts@elmsweepingtile.com by May 15, 2026 so sufficient time to get signs produced
- No refunds - event is rain or shine
- If you'd like to sponsor a hole and host an alcohol giveaway for our guests, all alcohol must be purchased at The Ranch at minimum 14 days in advance of event
- We will contact you before the event to collect golfer names for included registrations
- ELMS Weeping Tile Ltd is hosting this fundraiser as a third-party to our Charity of choice, Racing For A Cure, therefore we cannot issue official tax receipts for this event.
